User must select the type of Pagadito Account.
Opening a Pagadito Personal account costs US $1.49 which will be refundable to the User's Mi Pagadito Account and opening a Pagadito Business Account for a Pagadito Comercio costs US $1.00 for sole merchants and legal entities.
The payment processing fee is determined for each Pagadito Comercios according to the type of product or service it sells and is set during the validation process. The fee is deducted from the amount of the sale to be credited to Pagadito Comercios, but Pagadito may authorize the fee to be charged to the buyer at the time of payment.
The charges and fees applicable to each type of withdrawal are those published on the website.
When you open a Pagadito Account you will be able to make balance transfers from your Mi Pagadito Account to Mi Pagadito Accounts of other Users at a cost of 4% of the transferred value plus US $0.25 for each transfer.
If the Purchasing User rejects or cancels a charge on his/her credit or debit card through the issuer of such card without first activating the Claim Resolution Mechanism offered by Pagadito, he/she will be charged a fee of US $50.00.
The renewal or addition of a new credit/debit card has a cost of US $1.49, and you will have to go through the card validation process.
Pagadito will deduct a charge in the event that the financial institution returns or is prevented from carrying out the transaction because the User has provided erroneous banking or destination of funds information.
The charge depends on each country and is approximately US $10.00.
Currently, requesting transaction history on an account is free of charge.

All surcharges generated by Pagadito caused as a result of the breach of contractual obligations, will be charged to the User's Pagadito Account, if there are no funds available in such account, Pagadito will automatically charge the credit or debit card associated to the Pagadito Account, therefore, the User hereby expressly accepts the automatic charge to his/her card for the surcharges incurred. In case there are no funds in the associated card(s), the User will be notified and must pay the surcharge within the terms established in the Policies of each of the sites, or otherwise, within 24 hours following the notification to collect the surcharge.
After the established term for the payment of any type of surcharges or payment obligations, Pagadito may charge a moratorium interest of 0.10% per day on the amount in arrears.
Likewise, Pagadito will restrict the Withdrawal of Funds from the Balance in Mi Pagadito of such delinquent User and reserves the right to disable the User's account and to report the User to the corresponding credit bureaus, which could affect the User's credit record.
Payments will be made in U.S. Dollars only.
