This document is part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. The User consents from the time of registration on the website, for enforcement purposes of this Policy.
The payments can be made in two ways: 1. from the commerce´s website and 2. Through an invoice system.
1. From the Website
The Pagadito Comercios are able to market their products or services from their website and request Pagadito to process the payments for the online sales.
Multipayments
Pagadito provides the multipayments service, through which the payer can make different payments to multiples Pagadito Comercios accounts from a same website in a sole payment. Pagadito may enable this service to the Pagadito Comercios who ask for it and it needs to register and validate one by one. Pagadito Comercio that process the payment must have an authorization for processing payment on behalf of the Pagadito Comercios.
Each Pagadito Comercio will have a processing fee and may have access to the payments reports and may use its credit when its become available.
2. Invoice System
The Pagadito Comercios may send invoices to their customers through a request made from your Cuenta Pagadito. The invoice will show the amount due, the concept and the last day to make the payment. The payer of the Pagadito Comercio will receive an email with the invoice request, who shall make the payment through its Cuenta Pagadito.
To have this invoice system, Pagadito must authorize the commerce. On the other hand, Pagadito will request authorization from the payers to receive their payments through this modality. At any time the payer can unsubscribe from this invoice system.
The Pagadito Comercio and its client are solely responsible for the legitimacy of the transaction, product or service that covers the cost, and are solely responsible for the amount and payment dates detailed in the collection.
Pagadito is not responsible for any error in the quantity, concept and detailed payment dates neither before or after the payment is made.
1. Through Mi Pagadito Account Balance
Pagadito Users will have a Balance in their Mi Pagadito Account from: Payments for goods sold, reloading of credit or debit cards and funds received by other Users.
2. Through the Associated Means of Payment
Credit Card
At the time of registering with Pagadito the User must enter his/her personal data and that of his/her Visa or MasterCard credit card and must make sure to keep the card with funds on those occasions when he/she pays for transactions made in a Pagadito Comercio.
If at the time of payment there are no funds available in the Mi Pagadito Account, Pagadito shall notify the Purchaser of the Pagadito Comercio to indicate this means of payment and confirm the payment.
Debit Cards
At the time of registering with Pagadito the User must enter his/her personal data and that of his/her Visa or MasterCard debit card and must make sure to keep the card with funds on those occasions when he/she pays for transactions made in a Pagadito Comercio.
If at the time of payment there are no funds available in the Mi Pagadito Account, Pagadito shall notify the Purchaser of the Pagadito Comercio to indicate this means of payment and confirm the payment.
The charge to the Mi Pagadito User Account shall be made automatically if funds are available in this account. Alternatively, if there are insufficient funds, the Purchaser shall be notified to charge the amount for the difference between the total charge and the availability to the means of payment selected.
The following explains the procedure for Users to manage payments made by Pagadito.
1. Payment Application Form
The Payment Application Form (The Application) is the beginning of the collection and payment process through Pagadito. The Application shall be made by sending a link to Pagadito by the Pagadito Comercio where detailed instructions regarding the use of the Funds will be given. The Payment of funds through the application must be made at the same time the collect / pay request is sent.
Pagadito reserves the right not to process the Payment Applications that are incomplete or in which there are differences between the information provided by Users and the information effectively entered to Pagadito either because Pagadito deemed it necessary, without having to explain its decision. The Payment instructions entered on an Application may only be made through Pagadito Platform.
2. Acceptance of Application
Pagadito shall automatically analyze compliance with the requirements of the application and shall verify the validity and availability of funds in the Pagadito Account.
3. Fee Funds
Once the Application is accepted by Pagadito, the Application fees shall automatically be charged to the corresponding Mi Pagadito Account and if there are no funds available in the account, the User shall be notified so that he/she may confirm his/her means of payment.
It is important to remember that when opening a Pagadito account, the User includes a credit or debit card, which is validated and then used to charge Payment Management Application fees in the event that no funds are available in the Mi Pagadito User Account.
The User must update the information on the new credit or debit card he/she receives to replace the credit or debit cards associated with Mi Pagadito account, no later than within the expiry month of the latter. The cards supplied by the User will become automatically invalid on the last day of the expiry month of the same, so Pagadito shall send notifications to the User to remind him/her to update his/her Means of Payment. In any case, Pagadito shall not allow new transactions to be initiated with a credit or debit card during the month of expiration thereof. Pagadito will delete all credit or debit cards information that have been expired for more than 3 months.
The payments made using Pagadito are processed in Hong Kong, Macau or El Salvador depending on the card issuing bank and the type of card.
When a purchaser of a Pagadito Comercio makes a payment request to his/her Pagadito account, Pagadito shall attempt to withdraw funds from the Balance of his/her Mi Pagadito Account. Failure to find sufficient funds in such balance, Pagadito shall notify the User so that he/she may confirm his/her Means of payment and Pagadito shall attempt to deduct the pending charge or balance from the credit or debit card provided by the User.
If it is not possible to charge the credit or debit card offered, Pagadito shall send a notification to the User warning him/her that the transaction was denied.
Pagadito may make partial charges to Mi Pagadito Account Balance and make partial charges to the Means of Payment associated to the Pagadito Account by reason of the insufficiency of funds in the Pagadito account solely for the payment of one product.
4. Pre-validated Payment
The Pagadito Comercios may accept prevalidated payments, through which the Buying User will register his Pagadito Account in the payment process and then complete the registration of his Pagadito Account and validate the payment of the purchase. In this type of payment, both the commerce and the Pagadito User will receive a notification that the payment is not complete. The Buying User will have 2 calendar days, starting from the next day of the payment, to complete the validation of his Pagadito Account, if it is not completed, Pagadito will cancel the payment and will notify both parties of the reversed transaction.
5. Accreditation of Funds
The deadline for the accreditation of the Funds in the User Pagadito Account shall be made according to the type of User as follows:
For the Subelotodo / Intermall Selling Users, accreditation or credit to their Account shall be: a) At the expiry of the period for filing a Mechanism for the Settlement of Claims, b) The day after notifying the Final Resolution in which it has been ruled in favor of the Selling User, in case the Claims Settlement Mechanism has been used, or c) Within 72 hours after the Purchasing User indicates the successful acceptance of the traded good.
For Pagadito Comercios the payment to its Account will be within fifteen calendar days after receiving the payment from the Purchaser of Pagadito Comercio.
